Crafting Conversation - Design in the Age of AI

We're seeing a fundamental shift away from old paradigms that forced us to learn how to interact with computers toward new paradigms that necessitate teaching computers how to interact with us. With voice and language technologies at the forefront, a new ecosystem of services and devices has emerged, highlighting the need to think very carefully about new interaction models that enable conversational experiences across multiple contexts and multiple devices. In this talk, we'll take a practical look at designing these experiences across a rapidly expanding ecosystem and some of the opportunities that are emerging as adoption continues to grow.
